About Rhymetec: Rhymetec was founded in New York City in 2015, growing steadily in the areas of compliance, cybersecurity and data privacy. Our mission is to ensure our clients are compliant faster, so they can focus on their core business and less on the complexities of building effective and compliant infosec programs.

Job Description: We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our revenue organization. This role owns the quality, execution, and performance of all sales activities across direct sales, outbound, and partner-sourced revenue.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who has managed teams in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity and understands how to balance process, accountability, coaching, and growth. You will oversee everyone responsible for generating revenue and ensure the team is executing at a high standard across deals, outreach, forecasting, and partner motions.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee Rhymetec’s revenue-generating teams in North America and EMEA, including Account Executives, BDRs, Account Managers, and Partnerships * Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and coaching sessions to improve performance, consistency, and confidence * Own performance management, including goal tracking, performance reviews, and compensation plans with the support of CEO and Director * Identify underperformance early and take corrective action * Oversee the quality of all sales activities, including contracts, pricing, and deal structure * Set standards for sales calls, discovery, outbound execution, CRM hygiene, and pipeline accuracy * Step in on complex deals to support strategy, negotiation, and closing * Maintain a high bar for professionalism, accuracy, and customer experience across the full sales cycle * Curate and coach on outbound initiatives across AEs and BDRs to increase outbound-sourced revenue * Set outbound expectations, activity benchmarks, and accountability across the team * Ensure effective use of outbound tools like HubSpot sequencing, Orum, and Clay (Sequencing, personalization, account-based motions) * Monitor outbound performance across the team and identify areas for improvement * Oversee the Partnership Manager to drive revenue from partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities * Partner closely with Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and go-to-market priorities * Provide regular feedback on lead quality, conversion trends, and pipeline performance * Support launches of new services and GTM initiatives through the lens of sales * Own sales reporting and forecasting across revenue, pipeline health, and deal velocity * Track and report activity metrics across inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced deals * Ensure CRM data is accurate and leadership-ready * Review and approve monthly commission payouts through Quotapath * Provide clear insights and recommendations to GTM leadership and the CEO around sales motions or revenue growth opportunities * Oversee sales-related vendors and tools, including outbound platforms, CRM systems, or external agencies * Ensure tools are adopted correctly and delivering ROI2 * Partner with GTM leadership on evaluating, onboarding, or sunsetting sales tools * Collaborate with GTM leadership and HR on staffing for revenue-generating teams, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and termination decisions * Own sales onboarding for new hires and ensure fast, effective ramp * Enable the team for new service launches and cross-sell or expansion motions

Strategic Drivers:

* Work alongside executive leadership to evolve sales organizational structure, including growing BDRs and AEs * Create sales plans that support EMEA growth, enterprise expansion, and the rollout of new service offerings * Work towards revenue goals for 2027 (this includes net-new revenue from new business and existing customers) * Maintain or improve close rates for Account Executives * Work with BDRs, AEs and marketing to increase Rhymetec-sourced opportunities

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or MSSP environments * 2+ years managing revenue-generating teams (AEs, BDRs, AMs) or similar sales coaching experience * Proven experience driving outbound-led pipeline, not just inbound or partner-only sales * Hands-on experience with outbound tools * Strong working knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce * Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI, ISO/IEC, SOC 2, DORA, GDPR)

Must Haves:

* Strong coaching and people leader with a high bar for quality * Comfortable inspecting calls, messaging, contracts, and pipeline details * Highly organized and data-driven with the ability to deliver sales metrics * Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution * Open to travel nationally and internationally to conferences and industry events * Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving environment

Rhymetec Benefits

* Employee Covered Medical Premiums (100%) * Dental and Vision Benefits * Company Paid Life Insurance * PTO and Sick Time, 11 Paid Holidays * Professional Development Opportunities * 401K Retirement Company Match (3%) * Summer Friday’s!

Rhymetec is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic, disability, age, or veteran status.
