Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Direct Support: Deliver specialized instruction, co-teaching, and accommodations for students with IEPs, 504s, and BIPs; track progress and advocate for student needs.
* Compliance & IEP Management: Write, update, and lead meetings for IEPs, ETRs, FBAs, and 504 Plans per state and federal guidelines.
* Requirements: Bachelor's degree, valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license, passed background checks, and proficiency in IDEA regulations, data monitoring, and educational software.
Work Schedule
* School hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Attendance at staff meetings, IEP meetings, professional development, conferences, and required trainings.
