About Otterly Baths
Otterly Baths is a growing bathroom remodeling company focused on fast, high-quality bath and shower transformations. We handle the sales, scheduling, materials, and customer communication so our installers can focus on what they do best: delivering clean, watertight, beautiful wet areas. With a steady pipeline of projects, we’re looking for skilled contractors who want consistent, quality work.
What You’ll Do
* Install acrylic and solid surface shower and tub wall systems, bases, and surrounds * Perform tub-to-shower conversions and tub/shower replacements * Remove existing fixtures and surrounds, and prep substrate (including minor framing, backer board, and leveling) * Install accessories such as shelves, seats, grab bars, glass doors, and trim * Handle related plumbing trim-out (valves, shower heads, tub spouts, drains) * Make sure every install is watertight, level, and finished to Otterly Baths standards * Leave job sites clean and walk customers through the finished project * Document completed work with photos and communicate job status with our office team
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience installing acrylic and/or solid surface bath and shower systems (Bath Concepts or similar systems a plus) * Strong plumbing skills for valve and drain work * Your own tools, reliable truck or van, and the ability to haul materials * General liability insurance (or the ability to obtain it) * Professional, respectful demeanor in customers’ homes * Attention to detail and pride in clean, precise finish work * Valid driver’s license and a clean background check
Why Work With Otterly Baths
* Steady, scheduled work with a full project pipeline * Materials provided and delivered or staged for you * No selling or chasing customers; we handle the front end * Fast, reliable payment for completed jobs * Supportive office and project team * Opportunity for long-term partnership and growth with us
