Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (time zone to be confirmed) Probation Period: 3 months Work Equipment: Employees must provide their own work devices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the full project lifecycle for B2B or B2C platform development — from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch and post-launch review. * Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps and Product. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track. * Identify, assess and manage project risks, escalating issues proactively where needed. * Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable execution plans for technical teams. * Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines. * Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders. * Manage project budgets and monitor costs against approved allocations. * Ensure project documentation (plans, requirements, meeting minutes, change logs) is properly maintained and up to date. * Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and best practices within the team. * Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of project team members where required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience. * Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product). * Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, resource planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination. * Demonstrated ability to translate business/product requirements into structured execution plans for technical teams.
