Six-Month Clinical Development Program

The development program is designed specifically for IV Nutrition's outpatient clinical environment and will be managed by the clinic's Clinical Director.

Training incorporates foundational education, clinical observation, simulation, supervised procedures, progressive clinical responsibilities, and documented competency evaluations.

An experienced RN will remain physically onsite throughout the six-month development period to provide appropriate supervision and clinical support.

A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted near the conclusion of the program to assess clinical knowledge, procedural competence, nursing judgment, medication safety, documentation, emergency preparedness, and professional performance.

Progression through the program is competency-based rather than determined solely by time employed.

Successful completion establishes eligibility for consideration for an appropriate nursing position. Promotion and independent clinical assignments require separate approval based on demonstrated readiness and organizational needs.

Compensation and Career Advancement

During the Six-Month Development Program $25 per hour. All required orientation, education, supervised clinical activities, and other compensable work will be paid in accordance with applicable employment laws.

Following Successful Program Completion and Approved Placement $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Successful participants may be considered for an available nursing position, including:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide outpatient nursing care and authorized IV therapy services within demonstrated competencies and approved clinic protocols.

PRN Registered Nurse

Provide flexible clinical coverage based on validated competency, staffing needs, and scheduling availability.

Potential Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) Pathway

Candidates demonstrating exceptional clinical judgment, procedural competence, leadership potential, communication, and operational performance may be considered for additional leadership development and potential future Assistant Clinical Director opportunities.

An ACD appointment requires separate evaluation of clinical and leadership qualifications, position availability, and management approval.

The specific position and hourly rate within the approved $30–$35 range will depend on comprehensive evaluation results, demonstrated performance, qualifications, assigned responsibilities, position availability, and management approval.

Completion of the development period does not automatically guarantee promotion, a specific position, a particular hourly rate, or authorization for independent clinical assignments.

Scheduling and Work Environment Part-Time | 18–27 Hours per Week | Onsite

The program requires a minimum commitment of 18 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for up to 27 scheduled hours per week, depending on approved schedules, clinic operations, and training requirements.

This is generally equivalent to two to three extended clinic shifts per week. Actual shift lengths and paid hours will be determined by the approved schedule and applicable meal and rest-period arrangements.

Schedules may include weekdays and weekends during clinic operating hours.

Consistent attendance and participation are essential to the continuity of clinical education, supervised practice, and competency development.

Additional benefits, if offered, are subject to company policy, employment classification, and eligibility requirements.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
