Who You Are
You are a high-performing mid-level associate (3–5 years) with experience in:
* Intellectual Property Litigation (patent and/or trade secrets)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics * Strong academic credentials (law school + undergrad)
Core Strengths:
* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills * Excellent oral communication and advocacy ability * Proven ability to manage complex matters and take ownership * Leadership mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach * Sound legal and business judgment * Must be admitted to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction
