Job Description
* Provide functional support for SAP PP and QM processes. * Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. * Handle configuration changes, minor enhancements and continuous improvements. * Support testing, documentation and deployment of changes. * Work with business users to understand issues and provide practical solutions. * Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams on cross-module topics. * Support root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Qualifications
* Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus. * 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant. * Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM configuration, implementation, and support.
