About the role
$26.75-$37.00 per hour, based on experience. Part-time days/evenings(20 hrs/week) at Wittenberg Village, an assisted living community in Crown Point, caring for residents who've called this place home for years, not a rotating caseload.
You'll administer medications, check vitals, and work alongside a team that knows every resident's routine and history.
What You'll Do
* Administer medications and treatments, and keep accurate documentation * Check and record vital signs, weight, and other resident measures * Support residents with daily living needs alongside the care team * Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and vendors on resident care * Help build and update care plans, and follow up on resident needs * Watch for changes in resident condition and respond quickly * Keep the care environment safe, clean, and organized
What You'll Need
Required:
* Current Indiana LPN license * CPR and First Aid certification * Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred:
* At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or another healthcare setting * Experience with electronic health records * Customer service background

Schedule Part-time(20 hours/week), 7:00am-3:00pm/3:00pm-11:00pm, with weekend rotation.
