What You’ll Do:
* Empower Independence: * Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks. * Build Meaningful Connections: * Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions. * Promote Safety & Wellbeing: * Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. * Collaborate for Impact: * Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. * Advocate with Heart: * Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. * Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
