Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing healthcare studio. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with 5–10 years of experience who is ready to take the next step toward project leadership. You will play a key role in managing projects from early concepts through construction, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams. * Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. * Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader. * Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit. * Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications
* Professional degree in Architecture. * 5–10 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred. * Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred. * Project management and client-facing experience. * Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus. * Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
