What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with Autism • Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans • Collect data and document progress accurately • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and educational staff • Create positive and supportive learning experiences
Who We're Looking For
• Compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children • Reliable and professional team members • Strong communicators who are eager to learn • Candidates with dependable transportation and a valid driver's license • ABA experience is a plus, but not required • Psychology, Education, Child Development, and related majors are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
