About the role

Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Integrated Marketing to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us take ideas from global strategy through to local activation across markets, delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Integrated Marketing team. We own the Deliveroo brand globally and lead our biggest campaign moments. Working in a cross-functional squad alongside strategic teams, functional leads, and local markets, we turn big ideas into high-impact campaigns across our markets.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

* Global Campaign Ownership: Lead high-profile global marketing programmes and integrated campaigns from global strategy through to local market execution.

* Framework & Playbook Development: Design, scale, and maintain measurement frameworks, playbooks, and systems that enable global and local teams to execute best-in-class brand campaigns.

* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with cross-functional squads, strategic teams, functional leads, and local market leads to align campaign strategies with core business goals.

* Stakeholder Management: Influence senior stakeholders across the global organisation without direct authority, ensuring alignment on messaging, execution, and performance metrics.

* Strategic Optimisation: Balance tactical execution with a longer-term strategic perspective to solve complex marketing briefs and continuously optimize brand performance.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

* Integrated Brand Leadership: Proven experience leading end-to-end global integrated marketing campaigns from initial strategy through to local market activation.

* Framework Development: Strong track record in establishing measurement frameworks, campaign playbooks, and operational systems that scale across multiple regions.

* Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders and matrix teams without direct line management authority.

* Strategic & Tactical Execution: Proven ability to operate independently on complex or ambiguous briefs, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term brand strategy.

* Commercial Acumen: Strong expertise in linking brand initiatives and marketing campaigns directly to measurable business growth and commercial impact.

Nice to Have

* Experience navigating three-sided marketplace dynamics or fast-paced consumer tech environments.

* Background working across international or multi-market structures.
