Key Responsibilities: Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish reaches the right table. Support servers by keeping service running smoothly and efficiently during busy shifts. Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, glassware, ice, and other bar essentials. Keep the bar, service areas, and stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Help with setting up and closing down service areas. Clear tables, collect glassware, and assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure excellent guest experiences. Follow all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a runner, barback, or in a similar restaurant or bar role is an advantage, but not essential. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. The ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A team player who takes initiative and is always ready to lend a hand. Good communication skills and a service-minded approach. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts. Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
