Position Details:
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Optometrist to join our team. As an Optometrist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in long-term care facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts * Perform dilated exams * Provide diabetic evaluations * Treatment of infection and injury * Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses * Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease * Comfortable working with the geriatric population
Requirements:
* DO license * DEA License * Prolonged sitting/standing. Fine motor skills for equipment operation. Lifting/moving patients.
Salary Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per patient
