What You’ll Do * Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally—both in person and over the phone * Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs * Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required information is collected and documented * Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system * Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly * Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
