Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one private-duty care for a client in Somerset, NJ.
This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay every Friday, and the opportunity to help a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities
* Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
* Support activities of daily living and provide medication reminders.
* Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
* Drive the client using the client’s vehicle when required by the care plan.
Requirements
* Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Willingness to drive the client using the client’s vehicle when required.
* Current physical examination.
* PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray, as required.
* Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
* Newly certified HHAs are welcome to apply.
