What You’ll Do
* Cook and serve meals following food safety and sanitation standards * Follow menus and residents’ dietary needs, including special and texture-modified diets * Keep kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage spaces clean * Receive deliveries and store food and supplies properly * Make sure meals are prepared and served on time * Interact with residents, guests, and team members in a friendly, professional way
What You’ll Need
* Previous kitchen or food service experience (required) * Basic knowledge of cooking methods and food safety * Availability to cover shifts on call, especially weekends * Must be at least 18 years old
