Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with benefit enrollment, eligibility verification, and required documentation
* Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance
* Respond to client questions regarding coverage, policies, and available benefit programs
* Coordinate appointments and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
* Evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate coverage options using our Needs Analysis system
* Explain policy features, enrollment procedures, and available benefits clearly
* Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
* Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional ongoing service
