We're looking for an experienced Technical Functional Analyst with strong analytical skills and a solid technical background to bridge business requirements and software development.

Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields * Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles * Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements * Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures * Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting * Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV * Experience working with system integration projects and distributed application environments * Ability to collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams * Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira, Confluence or similar tools * Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of Enterprise Integration, ERP or CRM platforms is valued * Previous programming experience or knowledge of scripting languages is a plus * Fluency in English
