About the role

Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

As Brand Ambassador, your purpose is to help our Official Dealer Network bring the Stanley/Stella brand to life in a consistent, engaging, and authentic way.

Working closely with dealers across Germany, you will support the implementation of our merchandising initiatives, help partners strengthen their brand presence, and provide guidance on products, sustainability, and showroom excellence.

By building strong relationships and supporting continuous improvement, you will help ensure that every dealer reflects the quality, values, and customer experience that define Stanley/Stella.

Your role and impact

As a key member of the International Network team, you will work directly with our Official Dealers and internal stakeholders to support the development of a strong and consistent dealer network.

Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the implementation of Stanley/Stella's global merchandising strategy across showrooms, websites, campaigns, sustainability initiatives, and other brand projects. * Guiding dealers through the transition to Official Dealer status and supporting their ongoing development. * Delivering training on products, decoration techniques, sustainability topics, and the Stanley/Stella brand story. * Partnering with local Sales teams, Country Managers, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards. * Supporting dealers with sustainability-related topics, including certifications such as GOTS. * Reviewing and helping improve showroom presentation and dealer websites to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. * Conducting regular dealer visits and audits to assess compliance with Official Dealer Network standards. * Identifying opportunities to improve dealer engagement, brand visibility, and overall customer experience. * Building trusted, long-term relationships with dealer partners and acting as a key point of contact. * Supporting the adoption of new initiatives and helping partners navigate change successfully.

About you

You enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and helping others succeed. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a role that combines travel, training, and project coordination.

We're likely to be a good match if you have: * A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 5 to 8 years of experience in trade marketing, franchising, retail networks, dealer development, customer success, or a comparable field. * Experience working in international B2B and/or B2C environments. * Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. * The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. * A proactive and structured approach, with strong attention to detail. * Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Commercial awareness and a customer-oriented mindset. * Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage. * Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role. * Experience in the textile, fashion, or apparel industry is a plus, but not essential.
