We are hiring five CDL-A driver teams for a dedicated convenience store account operating from Otsego, Minnesota. This terminal runs teams only (established, or we will find you a partner) and offers a dependable schedule, excellent earning potential, frequent home time, and comprehensive benefits beginning on your first day.
Schedule and routes:
* Three trips per week * Approximately 24 hours per trip * Home after every 24-hour trip * Early-evening dispatch between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM * Overnight deliveries * Local and regional routes
Compensation:
* Drivers earn approximately $88,000–$97,000 annually * Top-performing drivers earn $100,000+ * Combination pay based on hourly work, miles, stops, and cases
Equipment and freight:
* Freightliner Cascadia trucks * Trucks governed at 65 MPH * Touch-freight position * Team-driving operation

Requirements:
* One year or min 50,000.00 miles driving Tractor Trailer * Valid Class A CDL * Willing and able to operate as part of a driving team * Comfortable with overnight deliveries * Able to perform touch-freight deliveries * Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work a consistent schedule
