We combine disciplined commercial banking with innovative technology to deliver value added solutions for small and medium sized businesses and our fintech partners. Our team is dedicated to thoughtful risk management, strong client relationships, and building a bank designed for the future of financial services.

The Role:

The Compliance Senior Associate reports directly to the Compliance Officer and supports the execution and maintenance of the Bank's Compliance Management System (CMS). Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Legal Studies, or a related field. * 3-5 years of compliance, audit, risk management, banking operations, or related financial services experience. * Banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred. * Experience with compliance monitoring, testing, quality assurance reviews, or regulatory compliance activities preferred. * Working knowledge of banking regulations and consumer protection requirements such as Regulation E, Regulation DD, UDAAP, and related regulatory guidance is preferred. * Familiarity with Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and regulatory examination processes is a plus. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
