* Elicits, analyzes, documents, and manages business requirements, translating stakeholder and customer needs into effective products, services, and system enhancements. * Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to define requirements, propose efficient solutions, and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. * Contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed through practical and value-driven technical solutions.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
* Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. * Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. * Understanding of business processes, systems, and project lifecycles. * Experience working with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams. * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Skills & Competencies
* Requirements analysis and process mapping. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Ability to facilitate workshops and manage priorities. * Understanding of system implementation, testing, and change management. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio. * Strong SQL skills (Joins, Aggregations, Window functions, etc) * Medium knowledge on data warehousing patterns (snapshots, PITs, incremental loads, CDC/delta detection) * Ability to translate business requirements in technical specs * General understanding on consumer and integration model (API, flat files, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. * Knowledge of data analysis * Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
