Position Available:
Physical Therapist, Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans. * Deliver care in hospital outpatient setting. * Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication. * Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records. * Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. * Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa (new graduates welcome to apply). * Valid driver’s license.
