As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications * Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections * Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests) * Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go * Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement * Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S
Qualifications
What You Bring:
* Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related) * 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production * Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems) * Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes * Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude * Very good English – written and spoken
