What You'll Do:
* Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines * Keep the dish room, kitchen work areas, floors, and waste stations clean, orderly, and compliant with sanitation standards * Ensure kitchens and dining areas are continuously stocked with clean serviceware to support meal preparation and service * Adhere to infection control, safety, and hygiene practices required in a senior living community * Assist with routine kitchen support duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies * Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and coworkers in shared spaces * Promptly notify leadership of equipment malfunctions, low supplies, or safety concerns * Clean and stock kitchen workstations, storage areas, and supply locations to ensure efficient and sanitary meal production
What You'll Need:
* Must be 18 years or older. * Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience, required * Must be comfortable working in a senior living community and around older adults
