Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Springfield and surrounding areas
Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our locally owned, clinician-led team serving Springfield and the surrounding communities. At Haven, we know what it’s like to be a clinician in the field because we are one of you.

What You’ll Do:
* Deliver direct occupational therapy services
* Carry out individualized plans of care under OT supervision
* Coordinate with the OT and other healthcare professionals as needed
* Support patients and families through education and communication
What We’re Looking For:
* Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing
* At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
* Home health experience is a plus
