Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a ChatGPT Developer to build applications and integrations powered by OpenAI's models. You'll design conversational experiences, custom GPTs, and API-driven features that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build applications and features using OpenAI's ChatGPT/API models
* Develop custom prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows
* Integrate ChatGPT capabilities into existing products and workflows
* Test and refine outputs for accuracy, safety, and consistency
* Monitor usage, costs, and performance of AI integrations
* Stay current with new OpenAI features and best practices
Requirements
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience developing with the OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs
* Strong prompt engineering skills
* Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js
* Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
* Understanding of conversational AI design principles
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience building custom GPTs or AI assistants
* Familiarity with vector databases and RAG techniques
* Knowledge of AI safety and content moderation practices
