What You'll Do
As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities include:
* Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients. * Weekly medication setup * Monthly diabetic nail care * General health evaluations * Skin assessments * Nursing assessments
What We Offer
* Competitive compensation * Flexible PRN schedule * Pay: $26-$31 per hour, based on experience
Qualifications
* Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license * Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience within the last three (3) years * Six (6) months of experience with Medicaid In-Home Services nursing preferred * Geriatric nursing experience is helpful
