How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery * Review tax returns, tax research, and consulting projects * Help clients develop proactive tax strategies and minimize tax exposure * Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients * Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals * Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines * Identify opportunities to bring additional value to clients and strengthen relationships
What Successful Tax Managers Bring

* CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation * Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility * Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise * Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements * A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional client service * Excellent communication and leadership skills
