Key Responsibilities - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
Qualifications - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Eligible to work in the United States - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Strong communication and people skills
