In This Role, You Will - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
Ideal Candidate Profile - Authorized to work in the United States - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
