Job Description
Responsible for the installation and maintenance for all surveillance system cameras, monitors, recorders and related equipment.
* Install and maintain enterprise level surveillance systems and componentswith minimal direction or instruction. * Troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment * Prioritize, organize, and lead small teams and/or projects * Provide training to lay personnel or junior team members * Utilize common hand tools, power tools, and simple test equipment to maintain and repair surveillance equipment and systems * Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* Must be at least 21 years of age. * 3 - 5 years of related experience, preferably in a casino setting. * Formal electronic schooling, training, or certification. Surveillance manufacturer certifications preferred. * Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team. * Extensive knowledge of various types of cabling infrastructure, including installation techniques * Electronic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude * Proficient in use of command hand and power tools as well as test equipment. * Effective verbal and written communication skills; must be able to maintain strict confidentiality * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite * Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and understand sense of urgency * Must be able to ascend ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, walk for an extended period of time. * Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
