* 7-10 years of experience working as BA with a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. * Solid experience as a BA able to inquire, understand, articulate, and document business requirements/impacts etc. * Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, e.g., Functional specification, Business requirement documents, etc. * Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Conduct workshops with the stakeholders to gather, AS IS process and To Be process. * Communicate the gathered process / requirements to the stakeholders based on the analysis you have undertaken and obtain sign off / buy in. * Experience in D365-field service. * Experience in Signavio to document AS IS and To Be process.
