What You'll Do - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
What You Bring - Eligible to work in the United States - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable
