We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist – Audit & Technical Hiring for a client based in the Philippines.
This is a Remote work following a Dayshift schedule
Salary is up to 25000.00+Commission based on experience
Main Requirements:
* At least 2 years of recruitment experience * Proven experience hiring for Audit, Accounting, or technical roles * Strong sourcing and screening skills * Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Other Requirements:
* Experience working with international clients * Background in agency or executive search recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for Audit, Accounting, and technical roles (IT, Engineering, etc.) * Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels * Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications * Coordinate interviews and manage client/hiring manager expectations * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates * Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience * Meet hiring timelines and placement targets
