Compensation:
Our Sales Consultants are paid a guaranteed draw against commission PLUS volume bonuses. Commissions are uncapped. Training and support is designed to provide six figure income.

* Finance and Insurance Manager * Finance and Insurance Director * New Car Sales Director * Used Car Sales Director * General Sales Manager * General Manager
Qualifications
* At least two years of relevant experience preferred * Must be motivated for success * Proven customer service skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment * Neat, clean, and professional appearance * Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
