We are seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Associate- Lion's Den Café located at our Welcome Center, to join our dedicated Café staff! You will assist with guest orders, serving, prepping, food service, and cleaning in our professional Café/Kitchen. Must be available to work Full-Time including weekends. Excellent Pay and Benefits! Responsibilities:
* Cashier duties * Stock/Inventory * Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions * Follow standard ordering and communicate special diet orders * Operate standard Café equipment safely and efficiently * Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes * Clean and maintain Café equipment, utensils, and overall Restaurant * Work as a team to serve our guests while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in cooking, restaurants, food service, or other related fields: Preferred but no required. * Strong attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work well in teams
Required/Other:
* Valid Drivers License and reliable own vehicle * High School Diploma/GED * Able to lift 50lbs or more * Able to stand for long periods of time * Perform other duties as requested * Ability to work as a team
