* Manage relationships with external providers and listing agents, driving high standards of service and operational efficiency

* Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve scalability across market access activities

* Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and market practices to ensure ongoing compliance and support informed decision-making

What it takes

* Experience within asset management, fund operations, regulatory operations, fund governance, compliance, legal, or a related function

* Strong understanding of UCITS funds, ETF structures, cross-border fund distribution, and market access requirements

* Experience managing fund registrations, exchange listings, regulatory filings, or similar operational activities across multiple jurisdictions

* Proven ability to manage complex projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinate activities across internal and external partners

* A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement

Special Factors

* Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position

* This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
