About the role
Responsibilities
* Manage project and commissioning works of Trina’s energy storage projects in the Europe cooperating with internal teams, suppliers and contractors * Support Trina’s project execution efforts by developing and executing commissioning plans * Manage and negotiate contracts with customers in terms of project delivery clause * Lead project effort to achieve commercial operations, and handover from delivery/construction team to the O&M team for each project * Comply with company policies, ensuring supplier and contractors follow up H&S regulations * Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules, DNO requirements and contractual obligations * Produce project progress reports and project‘s risk matrix
Requirements
* Suitable engineering degree or qualifications * Related experience in managing project and commissioning work of electrical equipment in the context of Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects or other renewable energy projects. * Must have experience on adhering to safety regulations (CDM) in an operational setting * Strong experience supervising site activities amongst different contractors * Familiar with related electrical standards, Regulations and Legislation * Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions and stay focused/execute on goals under tight deadlines * Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interface with multiple parties (contractors, suppliers, client representatives) * CSCS card holder or eq. * Excellent MS Office capabilities, SCADA and MODBUS experience will be a plus; * Must be willing and able to travel in support of existing & new Energy Storage fleet * Passion for your work, strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, structured and dedicated way of working * Languages: Fluent English and German any other addition language will be a plus
