👫 What You’ll Be Doing
* Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish) * Calling, texting, and emailing applicants * Interviewing candidates and making job offers * Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation * Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees * Tracking recruiting activity and progress

✨ What We’re Looking For
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required * Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone * Organized and reliable * Enjoys working with people * Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
