Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support Trading & Supply technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading environments with hands-on experience in the Endur platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, drive solution delivery, and improve critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. * Support Endur implementations, enhancements, and production initiatives. * Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. * Coordinate solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities. * Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and QA teams. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
* 10+ years of overall IT experience. * 4+ years of Business Analyst experience. * Strong experience in Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments. * Hands-on experience with the Endur platform. * Experience with one or more of the following: * Cmotion * Deal Capture (Front Office) * Settlements & Accounting (Back Office) * Tax * Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
