About the role
The Bartley Corporation is seeking an experienced and dependable Crane Truck Driver / Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely driving and operating a crane truck to transport, load, unload, and place concrete forms at various jobsites.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely drive a concrete form panel crane truck to and from jobsites * Operate the truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of concrete forms * Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections * Properly secure loads and verify equipment before transport * Set up the crane safely, including outriggers and appropriate work-zone precautions * Communicate effectively with foremen, crews, and signal persons during lifting operations * Follow company, DOT, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements * Maintain accurate inspection, delivery, and equipment records * Assist crews as needed with material handling and jobsite operations * Maintain the truck and crane in clean, safe operating condition
Qualifications
* Valid CDL appropriate for the vehicle being operated * Previous experience operating a truck-mounted crane or panel crane truck * Knowledge of safe rigging, lifting, load securement, and crane operations * Ability to safely maneuver large commercial vehicles on active construction sites * Strong safety awareness and good communication skills * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Clean driving record
