Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Erie PA $120K/year, based on experience | FT or PT |4-Day Workweek | Training Provided | New Graduates Welcome Join our integrated regenerative medicine team helping patients with chronic joint pain and neuropathy improve their mobility and quality of life. Work alongside a medical director, advanced practice providers, nurses, chiropractors, and therapy staff. Regenerative medicine experience is not required—we provide hands-on training. Responsibilities * Perform patient exams, follow-up evaluations, and review imaging and labs. * Provide joint and soft tissue injections within your scope and training. * Educate patients about treatment options, nutrition, exercise, and self-care. * Collaborate on personalized care plans and maintain timely EMR documentation.
Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national certification * Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility before starting * DEA registration or ability to obtain; current BLS certification * Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
