About the role
Resolute Performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our shop team with meeting production goals while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Heavy Forklift Operator to assist with meeting our production goals.
Duties and Responsibilities * Handling large and heavy steel members * Staging material for surface preparation and coatings * Building loads of finished structural steel * Unloading and re-loading trucks * Maintaining forklifts * Following all safety protocols * Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications * Experience operating a 30k straight-mast forklift * Experience in a structural steel fabrication shop is preferred * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, attentive, and detail oriented. * Must be a self-starter * Bilingual is a plus
Additional Information * Office location is in Phoenix, AZ * Shop environment requiring lifting and standing.
