Position Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Strategy & Planning Lead who sits at the intersection of rigorous analysis and relentless execution. In this role, you will partner directly with our senior leaders (CRO, CFO, COO) to help shape our global growth plans—and then roll up your sleeves to drive those cross-functional projects across the finish line. We don't just want a thinker who builds plans in a silo; we need a doer who can manage complex strategic initiatives from the whiteboarding phase to full deployment.
This is an opportunity to help build the growth engine behind one of the world's most ambitious cross-border payments platforms. If you view ambiguity as an invitation to build, excel at project management, and know how to turn complex data into an actionable roadmap, this is the role for you.
What you’ll own
* Strategic projects: Driving critical cross-functional revenue initiatives to completion. You will act as the execution engine for all our major GTM projects * Competitive intelligence: Owning deep research into competitive landscapes and customer segments to inform our strategic direction and sales motions. * The growth plan: Coordinating our major planning cycles, while arming our sales leaders with the rigorous insights they need to set strategy and targets. * Sales operational excellence: Fixing what's broken and optimizing what works. You own the tactical projects that strip inefficiency out of the sales process and give our reps more time to sell.
Who you are
* You know that “let’s just launch it” actually involves 47 distinct steps. You take massive, ambiguous goals, map the entire journey, and get a room full of strong opinions executing on a single plan. * You know a spreadsheet isn't a strategy. You take dense, complex data points and translate them into the real-world operational changes our sales leaders actually care about. * You are allergic to the phrase "that's not my job." When a critical growth initiative stalls between functions, you are the one who jumps in and pushes it across the finish line. * You care about AI as a tool, not a buzzword. You are constantly scouting for practical ways to plug AI into our daily workflows to eliminate manual grunt work and make the revenue org ruthlessly efficient.
What you bring
* 5-8+ years of high-growth B2B experience: You’ve cut your teeth in Sales Strategy & Ops, Consulting, BizOps, Strategic Finance, or Chief of Staff roles. * Scars from actual execution: You don't just build strategy decks; you have a proven track record of successfully rolling them out across complex global SaaS, fintech, or platform businesses. * Boardroom confidence: You are completely comfortable holding your own with C-level executives to drive strategy, annual planning, and board-level deliverables. * Bonus points for: Experience in emerging markets or cross-border payments, experience navigating international teams, and the ability to get your hands dirty with SQL, Tableau and AI-powered tools..
