As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team.

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

What You’ll Do:
* Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations—including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Maintain accurate inventory through smart organization, regular cycle counts, and clear documentation.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy.
* Train new team members and promote a strong safety-first culture.
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus—we can help if needed).
* Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to solve problems and exceed customer expectations.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:
* 3+ years of experience supervising a warehouse team—ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies.
* Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the kind of person who leads by example.
* Experience using warehouse software and Microsoft Office (WMS experience a plus).
* A forklift license or willingness to get certified.
* Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
* A commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
