Hagerstown, MD | Full-time, Monday – Friday 5AM - 1AM | $34-44/hour pending experience

What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Clinical Responsibilities Include:
* Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health and SUD Programs * Work in person at our Hagerstown, MD location. * Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans * Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations * Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment * Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness * Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care * Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning * Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate * Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion * Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
What You Bring
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment * Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field * Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC * Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. EMDR experience is highly preferred * Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth * The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
