* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, maintaining a friendly and professional tone * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies * Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them toward effective solutions * Document all chat interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in our system * Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members or supervisors * Multitask effectively by managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality
Qualifications
* Strong active listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions * Proven customer service experience (retail, support, hospitality, or related field preferred) * Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising quality * Fast and accurate typing skills with proficiency in using chat platforms * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
