Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor foundry equipment, including furnaces, molds, and finishing centers. * Prepare molds and cores for casting according to specifications. * Pour molten metal into molds and ensure proper cooling processes. * Perform quality checks on cast components for defects or inconsistencies. * Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and clean work environment. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma required. * Experience: Previous experience in foundry operations or manufacturing (preferred). * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a hot/cold and noisy environment. * Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety practices in a foundry setting. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
